reno is pretty funny and i can't wait for the movie

I can appreciate the attempts by the writers to make it funny

there aren't any writers. all of the actors mostly improvise their dialogue. i completely disagree with you. Reno is one of the few shows on television that actually makes me laugh out loud on a consistent basis.

I don't understand how this is funny.

I can appreciate the attempts by the writers to make it funny, and by all means it should be funny...but it's not funny.

I guess for me, I have a hard time believing that the Reno Police
Department would allow one officer to be in incredibly small shorts,
another to expose her decolletage, as it were...it just doesn't work
for me.

What kills me is that some of these folks were on "The State," and that was a great show.

yup

Some years ago I got into an argument with a friend about what
constitutes junk food. Are funyuns junk food? They are based on a
vegetable, even though they come in a can and don't even need ketchup.
Anyway,we missed the exit for Tahoe and ended up in Reno. So we decided
to spend the night. I mean, who would go to Reno on purpose? But once
you're there, well, bring on the funyuns. Which brings me to this tv
show- is it funny/ Are funyuns a Frito Lay product? I can't answer
these questions, the whole thing was too traumatic. I love this show.
